We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you via email regarding out-of-stock items, offering the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

3. Total Delivery Timeframe

The estimated total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your door. The total time consists of two parts:

  • 3.1 Order Preparation: We need 1-4 days to prepare your order.
  • 3.2 Transit Time: Estimated delivery is 5-10 days after dispatch.

TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: The total delivery time is 6-14 days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet them, slight variations may occur due to high demand periods or unforeseen carrier circumstances.

4. Shipping Origin & Transparency

Items are dispatched from the SneakerLoft’s Central Warehouse.

  • 5.1 Order Processing Schedule: We process orders Monday-Saturday during business hours, excluding national holidays.
  • 5.2 Address Changes: You may update your delivery address any time before your order ships.
  • 5.3 Special Deliveries: We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via postal services.

6. Tracking & Insurance

  • 6.1 Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
  • 6.2 Shipping Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage up to the order value.

7. Taxes & Duties

All applicable sales taxes are included in displayed prices. Import duties and taxes are covered in your final order total, meaning you will not face any additional charges upon delivery.

8. Delays & Cancellations

  • 8.1 Delivery Delays: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance with carrier investigation.
