Important Note: This warranty is in addition to your legal rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law (see our Return Policy). Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights.

What’s Covered

This warranty guarantees that your sneakers are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship issues when used under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:
– Normal wear and tear from everyday use
– Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or negligence
– Issues resulting from failure to follow care instructions
– Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs
– Problems caused by exposure to extreme conditions
– Damage from sharp objects, excessive force, or improper storage
– Color fading due to sunlight exposure or cleaning agents

Warranty Limitations

This warranty becomes void if:
– The product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel
– Non-original parts have been used
– Damage results from improper use or maintenance

How We Handle Warranty Claims

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Sneaker Loft will, at our discretion:
– Repair the product using original components, or
– Replace it with a new or equivalent item

Our response will consider factors such as:
– The product’s original condition and value
– The nature and extent of the defect
– The impact on your user experience
