Authenticity Claims
If a customer believes that a product’s authenticity is in question, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Any claim challenging the authenticity of a product must be supported by independent third-party verification, such as an official brand statement or a certified authentication service.
Subjective opinions, personal assessments, or photos alone do not constitute sufficient proof of counterfeit goods.

Review Process

9.2 Shipping Origin: Items are dispatched from the Sneaker Loft Central Warehouse.
9.3 Costs and fees: Shipping is **free** on all orders. Taxes and duties are included in the final price.

**10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal**

10.1 Right of Withdrawal (Non-Defective Products): Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase **within 14 calendar days** of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original condition.
