**Return & Exchange Policy**
At Sneaker Loft, your complete satisfaction is our priority. Below you’ll find all the details about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
**Returns Overview**
You may request a return within **14 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
**How to Start a Return**
1. Contact our Customer Support team
2. Provide photos of the product as requested
3. We’ll email you a return label and instructions
**Return Conditions**
– **Defective Items:** If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we cover all return costs
– **Non-Defective Items:** We only accept returns for defective products. Please choose carefully as we cannot accept returns for size or style preferences
**Important Requirements**
– You must provide a valid tracking number when returning items
– After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit
**Order Cancellations**
You can cancel your order depending on its status:
– **Processing:** €10 fee applies (covers Bank’s Commision)
– **Preparation:** €30 fee applies (covers processing costs)
– **Shipped:** Cannot be canceled
**Refunds**
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
– Products damaged by customers or returned after 14 days aren’t eligible
**Exchanges**
We offer exchanges for different sizes within 14 days of delivery:
– Item must be unworn with original packaging and tags
– Limit one exchange per order
– Please check our size guide carefully before ordering
