1. Returns Overview (Right of Withdrawal)
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for any reason (Right of Withdrawal).
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Start a Return
Contact our Customer Support team at info@sneakerloft.eu to initiate the return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., Change of Mind, Defective Item).
We will email you with detailed return instructions, including a return label (prepaid or non-prepaid depending on the reason).
4. Return Costs & Conditions
– Defective / Damaged Items: Return shipping cost is covered by Sneaker Loft (free). We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Full refund issued. Proof of defect is required.
– Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind / Wrong Size): Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We will provide you with a return label, but it will not be prepaid – you will pay the shipping carrier directly. Full refund issued. Customer is responsible for ensuring safe return delivery.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
The customer will receive the funds back into their account within 14 days from the day we were informed of the withdrawal, provided we have received the goods or proof of their return.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new replacement item.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order depending on its status:
– Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled at any stage before they are shipped. A full refund will be processed with no cancellation fees.
– After Dispatch: The order cannot be canceled. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard 14-day return procedure (Change of Mind).
8. Important Requirements
– You must provide a valid tracking number when returning items.
– If a returned product does not meet the requirements (e.g., is worn or damaged), the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
